I have this kit, and a jetboil.. my jetboil is for sale, and I'm buying the stove to go with this kit. the jetboil is heavier than this kit, and doesn't have silverware, and only comes with the bottom cover as a bowl. my wife got this for me for christmas two years ago, I kinda wish it was the soloist (let the other guy carry his own weight), but being a team player..lol this kit works out pretty well. ps. I found the bowls and cups to be excessive. I now just carry two cups/sippy lids.

@willis420247 Some good info there. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I use a few different "setups" based on this kit, depending on who is (or is NOT) with me. It's versatility was part of the reason I bought it. Thanks again for the comment!

I've been using the Jetboil for awhile, but have had my eyes on this set. Looks very compact and portable.
