Never heard those before. I've heard that Canadians like maple syrup but I've never taken it literally to mean EVERYTHING. Love the polar bear one, in Australia so many people think we have pet kangaroos, and even ride them to school or work. Electricity as snow??? How would that even work? I went to the U.S in 2006 and was asked how long it took to learn english and if I knew Steve Irwin (zoo keeper, tv presenter), as in know him as a friend because we all know and are related to each other.

It depends ... Montréal is UGLY. All in concret...trafic, smog, stress. Sept-Iles (Seven Island), my city, is in front of a bay linked to the St-Lawrence Gulf. It's beautiful :) <3

Well, to tell you the truth we don't but maple syrup on EVERYTHING :P But i do have to say that we just like maple syrup. Anyways, the stereotype that I have gotten is that we always say EH after every sentence which is NOT true. :P
