erm... i'm not too sure abou that one... e phrygian is e f g a b c d and c#dorian is c# d# e f# g# a# b; if you look at the tabs the main riff hits b c# g# f# and e, the piano and guitar solos often hit the a#. i don't think they ever hit f g c d or even a, so e phrygian is pretty much ruled out.
