Thank you so much for making this video! It really helped me with new ways of creating rc planes. I just built a MiG-17 but Im afraid it will be too heavy if it is I'll make one with a foam body. I use foam for the wings and horizontal and vertical stabs but I used a cardboard mail cylinder for the fuselauge so when I get a motor we will see how it flies. And again thank you so much
dude where do you buy this foam? i went to lowes and home depot. neither of them had any 1/4 inch foam and i checked online and its not available in any other home depots or lowes either.
i would love one of these im making a few what slowed right down im still making a few i have three projects at the mo was trying to sell 2of my planes as im moving flat and have no were to keep them save what annoys me i havent even flown them yet
the three projects consist of the x-37 mig ferret a steal looking fast back my own design and another of my own design il post em up when i get more of it finished
hope they come out well low on money so using scraps to build and no electrics
I'm always looking for ways to extend my RC budget; recycling parts is the way to go!! I build experimental planes with the cheapest materials I can find, that's why I love Fan Fold Foam. As all RC pilots skills progress, they NEED faster and more maneuverable planes which translates into more money! With me, I love building more than flying which equals less investment for more fun!!
