the fuckin deadlift gives this good posture u want.The huge back it produces will make u look so strong and big most people dont realize this.I mean look at people in gyms their juicing their minds out and they still look small.Why:?U dont wanna dealift huh? :)

Yo Elliot, my shoulders go forward a lot, like in the gorilla posture. But i really feel like my pecs aren't that strong, but ive got pretty big and strong lats. I started out with bodybuilding but recently I switched to powerlifting and when I used to do rows, I would really focus on building the lats and not pulling all the way back so I THINK that the back of my traps are weaker than the pecs and the tight lats push my arms forward. Should I post a video question with my posture? Thanks bro!
It's so sad, I have that bad posture he was talking about because I used to bench a lot when I was younger...I now do a proper strength-training routine with what OTHERS say is great form and I still have this crappy-ass posture cuz of mistakes I made ages ago............still go out to clubs wearing tight shiny shirts tho :P
@vleon1012 yep it is buddy! the best you can do is to try your best to stretch the back and sides of your neck and keep your chin "tucked in" while performing extension exercises... I may make a video about it soon.
This technique is great. When the technique is good it feels like 225 lbs is like you are just picking up the bar with 0 weight. I am not going for world records because it is not my goal, but I feel the weight I am lifting is next to nothing when using this last night on my lifts.

Im 19 years old and your like an inspiration man, I haven't said I wanna grow up and be like that guy in a long time. Keep up the good work man its well appreciated.
make a video on exercises to help with proper alignment! i know thats probably hard being that everybody is different but overall exercises for better posture. i have back problems too and i think it may be cause by my hip flexors being to tight because when i run my hipflexors are a bit sensitive. but i also geneticly have back problems too..
Elliot you are bolstering the decision I have already made to get into proper alignment. I am glad to have reassurance that correct alignment/posture are important in strongman training and that I am not the only one doing things like Egoscue. Thank you
