yes, my underbite got ALOT worse before the op. this is beacuse the braces move the teeth in the correct position for the op. more specifically, to enhance the bone structure so the surgeon is able to remove enough bone during the operation whilst placing the jaws in the correct position :)

It' s true. An underbite does get worse during the pre opp. your teeth get pushes out.
