this is amazing but i have a question i cant do the trick at 3:16 is your sidewall very easy to stall on it i have a fiddle stick but i just cant do that spin trick check out my lacrosse vid see what yea think

That trick is easier to do with heads that have a good sidewall for tricks. So depending what kind of head your fiddle stick is, it may be harder to do. With larger sidewall ridges the ball sticks on the head better making it easier to do this spin tricks.

Okay you throw the ball up off the sidewall... catch it in your top hand on the shaft and then throw it up to your bottom hand which is higher than your top hand. and then once it gets to the bottom hand you spin your hands and throw the ball into the air.. .the last part is kind of hard to explain... and i play at Adrian College in michigan, It's a D3 college.

Brine answer is good, so is a stx xcalibur or x3. Just make sure it works well for a game :) ha.  Basically any stick that you can balance the ball on the sidewall well will work good for sidewall tricks.
