whats going on with the world? teen crime and death

London? This is just 80's stuff in America. Good 'ol USA where our teens have sex of every desire whenever despite VD's. A teen is killed almost every week in my deep south neck of the country from vehicle accidents, suicide, overdose, shootings accidental mostly or there haveing babies or abortions at an unreal rate. I mind you this is happening deep in the Bible Belt. The last innoscent place on earth.

Very interesting. Have you done a comparison between countries that use a retributive sentencing philosophy versus those that try a rehabilitative model? How do the teen crime rates compare between countries using a different sentencing model?
