al u have to do is first completely focus on destroying the town centres.. cannons are most effective..

after that.. kil al the villagers... :)

this way the other team wont be able to create anymore barracks or stables etc..

using cannons, u can start destroying the buildings..

around 10-15 cannons together will destroy all of them very easily.. :)

to protect them, u will need cavalary and infantry..

i use "speed always wins" cheat.. jus for a faster game... so the cannons form pretty fast for me.. (the cheat applies to the opponents' teams too)

and as far as resources are concerned, ship two factories from hometown.. i play with portuguese civilisation.. dont know if factories are available in other civilizations too..

improvements are pretty important too.. they help a great deal :)

i always first reach the post imperial age and then start forming a army or a strategy..

(i start the game from discovery age)..

u will need to keep the opponent's team distracted by cavalary while ur cannons attack the TC.. it takes only 1-2 hits from 10 cannons to destroy it.. :)

go near the enemy town, build 10 artillery buildings..create cannons effective against buildings..destroy the town centres..ignore the attacks on ur cannons.. jus focus on destroying the town centres..

after destroying them, create cannons effectiv against infantry..kill al the villagrs.. focus only on that.. the game will be a child's play after that..use 2 different types of cannons.. :) one to destroy buildings and the other to destroy the army attackn the other cannons..

If you are playing as Japan and wants to win at expert, one of the easiest ways is to spam samurais with opponent spain. It does almost always work.

i have equal problems with other games so your pretty screwd. only thing to try really is :

-start, run....type in:dxdiag

-scroll through the tabs and youl eventually find the hardware accel

-if its disabled theres your prob.

Well... to win against computer player it's vital to distract his vills from geathering (f.ex. with your scout )as often as it's possible When done correct his econ will be much, much delayed and victory shall be easy (in 1v1 games). I don't know how it's in TAD. Anyway I like your vid Clumsy :)

A lot of people like minor native rushes (maybe because they can build a trading post earlier than a barracks so right in colonial they can start an attack)(early numerical advantage). And minor natives with the 50% upgrade from the capitol and the 50% upgrade from the HC card can stand toe to toe with musket/skirm. It's not uncommon to see from French/Otto.

One of the best ways I found to win is build lots (and I mean lots) of villagers, as for army power, I try to get as many natives as possible since they don't depend on your total population, I know they are typically not as strong as a normal army, but they are cheap to upgrade and are usually faster and more able the harass the enemy, especially cavalry type natives. You don't even need a large army to beat the enemy, since they always chicken out and run away a lot.

46-50 Villagers 15 for each resource,1-5 for building purposes I Divide my Town to 2 so if the one is lost i still have the second,build many walls in strategic places,etc.Rest goes for army.I DON'T USE NATIVES.I found them un-needed in the end.16 Natives (Max) Don't stand a chance into Imperial Skirmishers/Musketeers.They are usefull in the start.And I usually play on lan etc.
