There are a couple of differences between these 2 games.

In TBoGT you have new activities like dancing in clubs, take shots, golf, air hockey, base jumping(with parachute of course), drug wars and so on. You have also new and better weapons and new vehicles like "the Buzzard" that can shoot rockets and it´s more powerful than the Annihaltor. You get also a cool tank.

Well, and you have a complet new story but it has only 26 mission because it is a DLC.

Overall TBoGT is better than GTA IV IMO
