@Amatreas I love the Capccuno Delight and use like a tray and a half of ice and frappe it in my mixer it is soo yummy and helps with your water intake for the day=)

i've got the slimfast strawberry milkshake powder but i'm not exactly sure how to use it .. any help ?

@animelover24241 I think you need to mix like 2 scoops (comes with big powdered tin) with skimmed milk (not sure on amount)

@animelover24241 : you can mix it with milk.. You can add some strawberries, one banana, ice and blend.. It'll be like a shake.. Yummy...
