Further to my comment: Come to think of it, it's commonly accepted that getting into a zone that you're not accustomed to is the primary reason for self-sabotage. Even more reason to ease into manifestation gradually, getting accustomed to the results at each stage.
Re: scaling down one's desires: I agree. That's a point I don't think I've encountered elsewhere. I think that the reason to scale down is comfort level. For example, I grew up in a poor family. Though I'm doing well now, I still don't have the $ I need to take care of my mentally ill adult son. My motive is pure, the need is real; but jumping from what I'm used to, to being financially comfortable, is way out of the comfort zone. I'll try to do things a step at a time. It is not a Mind-Body-Spirit triangle in my opinion. Personally, I think that what does the "directing" of energy is The Mind which is filtered through the Spirit, but that which does the manifesting is the Body the body's DNA which produces SCALAR WAVES (pls research), the Brain is the Conductor which sends the signal to the Body, BUT it can only be Energized Through the Heart! Yeah, I just discovered your videos toady, and I really like and agree with what you're saying. But I think it can also defeat the purpose of understanding "frequencies" to use them with the intent of bettering the self alone. Frequencies are what bind us, I think, and make us part of a whole. I still haven't seen your 2012 videos, so you may deal with this there -- it seems that the real power of frequencies comes out when you give up the self. (What do you think of Eckhart Tolle?)
I manifested a high school chemistry teaching position in 3 days before. I did not have any experience teaching high school students and did not have a license to teach either. I didn't even fill the application out in its entirety. I did believe/ know/ feel that I was getting the job.

Regarding the below comments, I think that when you raise your frequency you are "tuned in" to a "higher power" (God) and the things you manifest, and desire, become all the more in line with God's desires. All aspects of love and life are valid. So is hate and everything else. Knowing this, you can see the importance of letting go of that that does not serve you and align with that that does. There is a great adventure in love and sharing. There is nothing to question, the answer is built in. Do what you will and expect nothing more than you give. There is another level beyond the expectation as well.
