I kindof agree with feemac33. The rider is really pulling on the horses mouth and giving no crest release over the jump. He has his hands at the withers almost the whole time, even on the jumps.
stop worrying about your horse being on the bridle, he is abviously young and you are ruining his mouth forcing him to over bend. Too forcefull allow him to use his head and neck
