  • can someone tell me does the broadhead open up on impact.i look at the post all the time rifle and bow and have just about decided the bow puts em down just as quick if its a good shot, way to shooter that was a great post

  • That was a perfect shot, and a quick, clean kill. Congrats!! Great job video-ing too. As for people like DeliberateCruelty --- why watch this if you can't stomach it? Do you think meat is born under cellophane in grocery stores? Take some responsibility for where your food comes from, for your part in causing things to die so you can eat: join the circle of life instead of being too scared and ignorant to do so. You might find uncovering your roots as a predator to be very satisfying!

  • nice shot.....but your camera work needs some help to say the least.....i've seen bigfoot footage better than that.

  • That wuz a good shot boy but u r still a big homo in that tree

  • Why don't you put that 'rage rage in YOUR cage" and see what it feels like to die drowning in your own blood. Just imagine it really well dumbass! You will in due time reap the same pain and suffering you inflicted on the animals for your sick self gratification!

  • @DeliberateCruelty LOL ! LMAO ! good one. thanks for the comment and watchin my videos !

  • @DeliberateCruelty your a fag

  • @DeliberateCruelty you are a pansy ass retard you really think some deer is gonna walk into his house and shoot him?, got kill some more freakin carrots for your salads.

  • @DeliberateCruelty umm if u hate this stuff why do u search it u dumb sacks of shit!!!!

  • @DeliberateCruelty ur a fucking treehugging piece of shit.

  • @DeliberateCruelty you are a true piece of shit, trying to make hunters feel shitty about doing the right thing and managing overpopulating animals to a healthy population...i understand why you dont like hunting but the only people doing true deliberate cruelty is poachers...and dont say that hunting isnt necessary because it is and if the natural predators would control the other animals populations it would have happened by now and we wouldnt have hunting but we do and it will never go away

  • @DeliberateCruelty damn hippie go try to hug a bear or something... a big big! bear. put some ham in your pocket and eat a peanut butter and honey sandwich just prior.

  • I shot at a doe today here in Eagle but I decided to use the wrong pin on it, shot right over her back

  • Nice shot.

  • forget all these haters...doe harvest is meat in the freeze..ppl dream to much about that monster buck that they'll probably get a crack at it once in their life..good vid..

  • good shootin!!!!!! what kind of cam are you using to video yourself?

  • @bswl1985 It's a It's a Panasonic SDR but we have now upgraded to HD Cannon SF200.

  • the only thing that i seen kinda wrong in the video was the draw lenght of your bow but other than that great video

  • well made vid, we actually see where the shot hit, look at all the other hunting vids, they cover up the shot with their bows or guns

  • @nref55 .. thank you. I def c other vids that do that and it's soo annoying. I won't post a video or really even start to edit it if we didn't get the shot on film. it's the most important of any hunting video i think.

  • actually a bow kill isnt a slow and painful death... and why are u shootin does in the middle of the rut?

  • @Mnbowhunter03 .....well a couple of reason I shot the doe. one the doe population is out of control and they need to be shot.. two. in way of the huge unbalanced population of doe to buck my personaly policy, and what i believe should b state wide is, i ALWAYS shoot a doe before i shoot a buck. * every year*.. kind of a earn a buck deal, i'll say.

  • @Mnbowhunter03 ....also i want to add is it's great practice to shoot a doe in the field to prepare urself for when u have that giant buck in front of you. it's a confident thing, plus it breaks the ice... which i'll say it did cuz two days later i shot a beautiful 3 n 1/2 yr old 7pt and the followin week tagged out with another 3 n 1/2 yr old 8 pt.

  • @Mnbowhunter03 the more does you kill the bigger the bucks get.

  • Hey I don't want to cause an online fight or anything and I'm sure you can tell by my username what I'm going to say but...... I'm not going to tell you your recreational habits are wrong, I just want to say that I disagree with this activity and feel free to disagree I mean no harm. Just please consider at least hunting in a more humane way. A bow kills slowly and is a very painful death. I just want to at least say something and try to save an animal from some pain. Again no offense intended

  • if you want i can send a picture of the heart of the deer where my broadhead went thru it.. i garauntee that all she felt was a poke n the rest of the time she was running on competely adrenaline.. but i mean what would b a more humane way?

  • @CntryBoyCharisma dude get a life we like to kill shit

  • @blair69100 Are you serious? Only dumbfounded people like you would say something like that. Only the most edicate deer hunters know that you don't harvest a deer for no reason. Think about it.

  • OK. First of all, no offense intended, but have you ever cut yourself with a really sharp knife? Do you actually realize u did it right away? I don't. I don't realize it until the air hits it and it starts to sting. So my guess is a deer doesn't really even know what happened, then quickly dies. People make bad shots with guns too, so throw the gun vs. bow thing out the window. A suggestion to the shooter: to me draw length on bow is at least an inch too long. Shorter would increase accuracy.

  • a Rage broadhead,like he was using,cuts a 2" diameter hole...usually on both sides...a rifle makes a hole less than half that...

A bow shot deer usually dies within 15 seconds of being shot...in that time the deer runs at full speed and they can go up to 200 yards in that time...my deer that i shot with a low poundage bow(45lbs.)

did not go anywhere after the shot.

my dad shot a deer with a .44 cal. catridge and it ran 100 yards..btw,that was with a hollow point

  • Nice shot placement. Didn't seem like it got a whole lot of penetration though. Thats my only concern with the rages. But i'm waiting to try them.

  • Yea.. it stuck in the opposite side shoulder. but it cut the bottom of the heart right off !... i shot two buck since this n one i went thru the opposite side shoulder n the other was a clean pass thru... all three deer were dead in a total of less 175yrds.

  • Not bad. I just bought a pack today and im going out tomorrow afternoon. I've killed two this year with the 4 bladed muzzys and luckly enough one went 75 yards and the other when literally 5 started gurgling blood and fell over. Double lung shot i guess

  • what kind of camera did you use to video your hunt?

  • it's just a basic video cam .. It's a Panasonic SDR S26. I got it jus cuz it's compact and it has a amazing zoom. it's not a big HD cam. but thats the next step.

  • nice bow i just got a mission menace 2010 model

  • i just bought a mission eliminator last week end i love it! its quite and super accurate

  • i couldn't be more happy with mine too. i promise the more you shoot it, the more you love it. it's a sweet deal and great bow. I think people are nuts not buy it if they're lookin into gettin a new bow. best decision i've made in a long time!

  • Good stuff brother! Nice video work too! 5*****Im all subbed up. Check me out when you get a chance and sub back if you like. But really keep it up.
