HI guys I think maybe your objective wasn't very well structured in this video. First off prepaired or not what the sales persons job is to find out about the customers needs. This sales person demonstrated sales relutance which is a negative thought process blocking sales people from presenting. I don't think anyone should be following your leadership on this video...
