hwasin went for 2 fact rush. When you do 2 fact rush, you get mines and get siege tanks later. If you had to wait for siege tank timing, it would have been too late

That was really aggresive tacticts (SCV RUSH) by Hwasin but Bisu is a better player and was ready.
