@lordmace2001 as far as i know the only games that had the "music" slowed down was when the overall cpu load doubled. Then the Music speed was cut down to 50% because the game missed an interrupt.
The Apple2 had neither interrupts nor Timers. The video ram was cluttered all over an area and the cpu was inferior too. But imagine, there are 6 years between the Apple 2 and the spectrum 48K!
Seems like a fairly respectable version. Not as much detail on the ground, of course, and a little slowdown when things get crowded, but they did a better job with this than I expected.
OMG it sounds like a ZX spectrum.

@lordmace2001 or worse. The spectrum at least had a 50Hz interrupt. Here everything runs as fast as the cpu is. also the "music" :D

@AmstradExin OK ill go with worse it slows down i don't think the ZX ever had sound slow down if the game was programmed right.
