I think this is the song from the TV release of the "Life" series ending. The other song - Lifelong Lullaby by Will Derryberry - is from the crappy DVD release where all the major songs (like Finally from the Frames) got exchanged to other songs because of licensing costs.

he knew who the killer was a long time ago but WHO FRAMED him is still a mystery - as one comment stated the writers seem to have lost their threads - or they couldn't care less like the network suits who seemed to have ordered them to axe the thing no matter how - and they did! The schmalzy end with Reese looking at him like a moonstruck teenie was so out of character - hers & that of one of a few intelligent shows on us-am. tv, so of course like SHARK that was LIFEing on borrowed time ....

@kballgetlost it got cancelled because of Leno--but i think it prob would've gotten cancelled even if Leno wasn't taking over NBC that fall---nbc didn't like the numbers--and i think the execs had to make a choice between saving this or saving Chuck (both shows premiered the same year...both were not getting the ratings) and nbc chose Chuck (but barely--they were only given a 13 ep order which got increased when Leno laid a goose egg) LIFE should've still been on Wed nights tho--it was hangin in

To clear up the confusion. This was the original song for the first airing on NBC. Subsequent reruns, DVD, Hulu, Amazon, iTunes, etc will feature a different song. This is common on Life and many other shows. It's a rights /budget issue - costs too much to get the song for more than the first airing, so they use less expensive songs on the rerun/DVD/online market.
