A great film about a war againsts Fascism, Corporate tyranny and totalitariansim. Our granparents and great-grandparenst fought and died gto protect us...and now America is handing it all back to the corporate oligarchs and tyranny returns...
Corporate tyranny? What are you smoking? This is a movie about Greek resistance and special operations forces conducting a (fictional) special operation against the occupying German military forces on a ficticious Greek Island. It is a great film, but where the hell are you coming up with this corporate tyranny garbage?
Great movie, but a static target like a great gaping hole in a mountain would have been a sitting duck for the 15 inch guns of Warspite or Valiant firing from 10 miles or so away. Mind you there was the Lufrwaffe to consider, And why didn't they fire a few machine gun bursts through the vaunted radar control panels?
this is a great movie,, love it..As a kid I had the toy guns of navarone good stuff.....they don't make actors like this anymore...
