@GhostRulesAllways The german police is currently in transition moving from green cars and uniforms to blue. Older vehicles still have the green markings, while new ones are delivered blue.

@GhostRulesAllways Additional to r3dkite: It's because of European Union: Police in EU has to get blue next time. Germany is one of the first countries taking care of this.

@GhostRulesAllways at least in most states new vehicles are silver-blue. Bavaria for example has also the newest vehicles in silver-green; the thing which is new in Bavaria that the Highway Patrol gets a new colour scheme, but still in green
