@Pokaboooo I'm using glitches which are available through only the console, game and using a controller :) Everyone else can also do this so it's fair play. Cheating is when you use a code or hack from outside the game to activate something that was not available beforehand.

Speedrunning is about using everything the game offers to get through as fast as humanly possible. This run took alot of hard work and dedication so please respect it or try yourself :P

Glitches and exploits are not considered cheats. A speed run is intended to complete the game as quickly as possible, using any method available in a completely unaltered version of the game.

So I'm guessing there's some sort of trick where you unequip the shotgun and it makes you run extra fast? Neat.

You equip the Striker and then aim. Before you fully complete the aim, you quickly pull your weapon selection screen up, equip another weapon, and Leon does everything a lot faster. It's great in parts where there's a lot of distance to cover and you don't have Ashley.
