@nws15 No, he is using the excavator's hydraulic arm to pull it up, the way he secures it, if you look closely at 6:00, is that he wedges the main head plate under a shelf on the tower, so that when he lifts, the shelf keeps the top part of the head from lifting, and incredible friction keeps the bottom part of the head from slipping.

I very much doubt if any of you who say this is easy have ever driven an excavator, let alone done something like this. I have driven excavators all my life, and yes this is a stunt and safety precautions have been taken to minimize the risk, but its one thing talking about it and another thing to be the actual operator - this man has balls - especially at the top.
