  • @tobias5910 yeah but this wouldnt be good starting point for beginners picked up the basics for this yet. (no offense)

  • Buy Marty's DVD set.....apart from my guitar its the best musical purchase I could ever make.

  • i love the way he plays =)

  • 9:57 for the lick (;

  • The opening E and A string walkdown lick and the G string slide up to the D were both very helpful, and I incorporated them both immediately. Thanks, Dude.

  • Lawl xdd.

  • Marty- awesome lesson working off Em pentatonic scale !!! thanks, as you made it simple .........

  • @beaucoupdeblues actually, its a blues scale, witch is prettymuch the same thing with the tri-tones added in for extra rawk powah.

  • Cool video,I've not been playing long, but please check out Richiebeardface. I had my guitar 4 wks ago.

  • Man, that was so helpful. I have been playing for a little over two years and just recently have gotten to the point where I can really piece progressions and chords together up and down the fret. But I also hit plateus where I don't learn anything new. I tried learning this from a tab but it really confused me, but watching you play it made it seem so much easier. You are really good at making where you place your fingers clearly visible. Great job man, keep it up

  • Good lesson.

  • well, he's got a really nice guitar, but don't worry about upgrading just yet, just make sure you're really well in tune and practice it a ton. The more you practice the more your touch will improve and while you'll never sound just like him you'll sound a lot better

  • @tamadors

    To add to Pauly, Mark can make your guitar sound good, it just comes with practice. ^_^.

  • Indeed. I also got to fine tuning my guitar. Those little tweaks really make a huge difference to the sound a guitar makes.

    Alright, going back to practice now. For the love of music! (b'-')b
