When I click on the "watch in higher quality" link it just loads the page again...

Yes, and loads the video in high quality.

It will tell you when it's high quality by saying "Watch in High Quality" or "Watch in Standard Quality" underneath the view counter.

on wikipedia it said that you could transfer all the things you have on WW and take it to CF, include your character.But I dont know for sure.I'm really hoping you can do that
