I really enjoy his playing. It may freak me out a bit, and some of his pounding makes me think "no! that's bad" but with those stupid expectations of what music should be pushed aside, I love it. It's enjoyable to listen to, and you can tell that he loves doing it, and that's all that matters.
We are all witnessing greatness in the soul, mind, heart, fingers...of a prodigy, who has come into the light or being recognized by the Universe. It sounds like someone who was destined for greatness and was locked up or imprisoned until something or someone gave Eric Lewis the keys to set him free to fulfill his destiny. It is very entertaining and therapeutic for me. Inspired!
By keys of the piano I assume you meant STRINGS, as a piano is a stringed instrument, and I do not see/ hear any string explosions or key explosions for that matter. If by "explodes piano keys" you meant that he explodes the key of the song to include all notes at times, than right on,
He plays like a horse, althoug he is so creative and, very important, brings back an old and generous style, the groovy way of playing keyboards (70's). But I think he is someway a little mentaly problematic rsrs
No disrespect but seriously to call him "little mentally problematic" is absurd. He's a musician that lets his art take over. He's in his zone. I absolutely love his style never seen anyone play inside a piano before.
I love this song

@Bentland And... if you watched any other videos of Eric Lewis you'd know he is all there mentally.
But that would require work on your part--maybe a minute's worth. I see I've set my bar too high.

Well I guess it's a worthy way of dying for the piano...:) Just like dying while having your best orgasm ever, hehe

I hope the people that owned the piano didn't get angry. If they've listened to him before they'd know how hard he plays the piano.
