No, no prenup is bulletproof, which is why I mentioned that the jurisdiction, judge and the quality of your lawyer, what is written specifically in the contract and even the specific words that are used as opposed to other words can all have an impact on how effective the prenup is. Radio host Tom Leykis has had prenups and didn't pay a dime out to her ex wives even though he divorced at least one of them, so they can work when done right.
