@PunisherPlaythroughs i have the xbox version and basically when you highlight a section of the wheel their facial expression tells you if they love, like, dislike, or hate your action. and you have to basically pick the bigger yellow pieces on the love and like and the smaller yellow pieces for dislike and hate.

@dakotahblankenship It doesn`t need to be will o wisps, in case you havent got glow dust already. Alchemical shops in the imperial city can get `em, and any ghosts drop `em.

@pokemonbluerescuefan I chose the Shadow star sign, which gives you the turn invisible for 60 seconds a day spell. It isn't as useful as you might think..

@BadeKopen, It will be there some times around 6 AM or PM. And it mite be near the road from Bravil to Leyawinn at dusk or at dawn. Or you can go buy it at an alchemy shop. Sometimes, I found them near the road from Bravil to Leyawinn.

Because dawn is not Midnight or Noon, it's Dusk or Dawn, which is around 6 AM or PM, whenever the sun goes down or up..

If you mean the will-o-wisp, you gotta have an enchanted weapon ( no need to be recharged ) or a silver weapon. and if he's just too tough, lower the difficulty.

@ShAdOw116789 you know the sigil stones you get for closing the oblivion gates? select those then select a weapon of your choice. each sigil stone has a different power. Hope that helps.

The two armoured Orc Vampires were hard. I did a bunch of sidequests, leveled up a few times and got the dwarven long sword from the arena champion. Then it was a lot easier on level 8.

just bring anyother glow dust, doesn't matter, as long as it's glow dust. Buy some, or hunt for some doesn't matter. Give it to the shrine, continue the quest.

Of course a spell that does 100 damage is going to cost 400 magika, and I can enchant as many times a day as I want, so I don't know what you mean.

The levels in Oblivion are almost endless, if you turn the difficulty on high and go in every cave possible and search everything everywhere, you can get a level 60 with that much magika. It only is possible on that class that has more than other classes though.

at arcana university u can make ur own spell but u need like over 600 magika

i actualy have 550+

so if i make a spell i will be allow to use it one time and in a combat its useless if u have more than one ennemy

100 damage for 5 sec= 400+ magika ridiculous
