The material is funny, and even the performance has a certain energy and charisma... but IMO, Jeff isn't pacing the routine well. He's "on" the whole time, as if everything he says is the punchline. IMO (as an audience member and fan of stand-up) Jeff needs to scale back the energy during the set-up, and during the less funny bits, then let loose at the punchline.
