I'm pretty sure it's mainly a pediatric procedure. My fiance had it when he was 2, and every other time i've heard it done is when the guy is a child. I dont know for sure though.

Hello, This surgery looks pretty difficult as I can see but after the surgery the penis sometimes has got a lot of scars. Is there any corrective surgery for the penis scars & holes? Thank you.

Certainly, there is corrective procedures for fistulas (holes) and pos surgical scars.
