The second (Left) matches the base.

And then they play it both together. You need to play it a few times to understand what's going on. It's rhythmically accurate.

Starting at 0:51, the notes switch to Left arrows, and match the bass.

Starting at 0:58, both occur at the same time.

I would like to request you take a look at the video I'm mentioning, check out the times, listen to it, then come back and tell me if you still think this is out of my ass.

The right arrows are a little more unclear.

0:40 - 0:42 is going to one of the lighter sounds. I don't know the name for it.

The freeze and following 4 arrows from 0:43 to 0:45 is one of the higher-pitched sounds that only occurs during that part of the segment.

For example, the chart to DanceDanceRevolution is just taking parts of other DDR charts, and sticking them into that one. Not every note goes to the music, and not every chart appeals to others. :)

For Utopia, the stream at 1:14 has a one-note break every measure, however the music implies it should be a solid 16th stream. Artistic choice. :)

@Graded33 The 12ths (Purple notes) from 0:45 to 0:46 go to the rhythm of the voice that was there up until these left/rights started, which said "Let's go!" (0:38). After that, it repeats again, then switches to the left arrows.

They're not exactly how I'd place the arrows, using the same artistic idea, but they're not so far fetched as to be "random" or going to nothing. And as I said before, the left arrows are obvious, and the concept of them coming together in the third segment is clear.

This is a really good song, one of my favorites, the only reason why people THINK its bad is because they cant hit the arrows and Roxor was trying to hit the arrows with a certain background beat that you cant hear because, well you need a certain speaker, and ITG didnt put that into there machine, and also I think when they found that out, they converted it and it didnt give that distinct soung. Which is my theory.

About the video syncing: avi is not a specific format. It's a 'container format'. Xvid, Divx and a lot of other codecs use the avi container so not every avi file is the same.

I use DivX and it works perfectly for on sync videos on youtube.
