The AK family is not as reliable as some think. I have seen AR's stuffed with sand and still run, but the AK didnt! PS the AR HAD THE DUST COVER OPEN DURING THE TEST! the tighter AR didnt let the sand in, but the loose AK filled the trigger group with sand! Its not an original russian AK... Its a bulgarian SSR 85C AK47 variant ...They run anywhere between $600-$1000 depending where you get it from... If you want an original modern russian AK ..Check out the Saiga 7.62x39 Made by Izmash they run about $350usd unconverted..There Chief advisor and Engineer is the man himself Mikhail Kalashnikov for those of you that dont know who that is he invented the AK47 Assault Rifle

I have that exact ssr85c2 but without all the shitty utg and walmart add ons. UTG makes shit, their rails are shit, beileive me. especially their scope mounts. Id like to know if your Bulgy's stock came cemented in though, mine did, if yours did what'd you use to get it out?

No my Bulgy stock didnt get cemented in..It came out very easy..UTG makes a quality product for the price..So far i have had no problems with it..I prefer it than my surefire handguard that i have for my AR...I would recommend them to anyone..
