On "super sound of sixties" on friday the 25th of november : Uncle Groovy, count on me. Le super son des 60's , c'est tous les vendredis soir de 20h00 à 21h00 sur plum fm en direct ou podcast. Retrouvez Leonard Michalon sur facebook.
@beatandpop The album will be available on vinyl initially and then on cd. You will be able to buy it from the Groovy Uncle website. There is a vinyl single already available from there- "Monkey Trousers"/"Now Your Pain Is Over". Thanks.
@beatandpop Great band! Steve Mariot guitar style, Kieth moon drum style, Singer dances like Paul Mc and bass sings with the Mc face! Loved it! 5 stars!!
No problem my uncle, it's groovy, i will tell to my aunt it's good song. Good fuzz, good rythm, the sixties were not serious and these times are terrible boring. Garage in the sixties, theatre in the 2000's ; let's rock.
The Beatles influence is obvious--and that's a good thing, of course. The song is excellent, the vocals strong and the performance solid. Bright, catchy '60's rock.
Really cool! I'm glad there are musicians out there who can still write'm like they used to! Dig the drumming and the vocals. Thanks for turning me on to this Bob and best of everything to Groovy Uncle.
Yeah! E-type Bob sent me your way and I'm glad he did. I was raised on 60's rock and roll (my dad being a beatlesmaniac). Great sound and nice to see a refresh of a great music style!
Wjhat superb introduction to "Play Something We Know!". If the rest of the lp is half as good as "Count On Me" it should do extremely well over here. Put me on the list for this album please! I am really looking forward to it.
Man, Oh Man, Oh Man, My Wife & I just watched this and we both agree that this is such a Fun & Cool video to watch. What a fantastic song, lots of positive energy coming off this one. Great to see all the players too!! We’re looking forward to the release of your new LP here in the States. Keep up the good work and All the Best to Everyone.
I love it when the drummer rips it up plus it's always good to have a happy bass player.
