  • my wrists hurt when i'm doing the tricep dips. does this mean i'm going it wrongly?

    and should we do this work out routine everyday or every other day? thanks! :)

  • @meiyann92 No, it is an advanced move so you may have to work your way up. Some people have weaker wrists, too. There are many other movements you can do - this video is just one of million of workouts and not every workout is suitable for each individual. Have a great new year and watch Made Fit TV channel, not this one because I don't update it anymore : ) xo

  • Thanks! I would day stick to ab exercise movements without equipment. That would be more effective than any piece of equipment out there. Check out my ab videos on my other channel Made Fit TV.

  • ill check ur other channel now ,, Yes u right nothing like the natural exercise but as u know we used to get the fastest results from some items not by the natural exercise but i prefer both of them , dont u agree with it ?
