i think you should let your harvested seaweed soak in water for a few hours & then rinse & drain it to get the salt & dirt out of it (^_^)

gibt es eigentlich einen unterschied zwischen miso und koreanischer soy bean paste? könnte man für dieses rezept auch miso verwenden? btw nice video!

@2369deeep miso ist im geschmack etwas milder als doenjang

auf jedenfall solltest du akamai miso (braunes) benutzen & vllt weniger zucker (wenn nötig) reintun.

den seetang musst du etwas abtrocken damit du die gewünsche konsistenz(dickflüssig) hinkriegst,

sonst wird daraus suppe & benutz die mikrowelle nur damit alles warm wird & der zucker sich auflöst. wird es zu heiß kann geschmack verloren gehen.
