MISPLACED PRIORITIES BY NEMA. (National Environmental Management authority)
Why not deal with the Dandora dumpsite and the blocked drainages when it rains in cities and oh I forgot, the plastic and garbage that litters many areas in Kenya.
so my question is what if you have your own personal car??? can you still listen to the loud music?? or this is for every car or matatu???.. Kenya is will not be free any more coz if the Government want to control everythin now how in the world will we claim our freedom if the gorvenment is the oppressor gosh!!!
another stupid policy from the kibaki government at a time when kenyans are dying of hunger and thirst....michuki and kibaki should retire these guys have lost touch with reality.
build roads. Build hospitals. DESTROY CORRUPTION. then Kenya shall grow. How did Nema get those gadgets? As sure as the sun rises from the East, one day you will find the real reason for this stupidity: corruption. Someone is pocketing a huge amount. Ngoja tu. Siku moja.
How loud is too loud? 150 Firecracker 120 Ambulance siren 110 Chain saw, Rock concert 105 Personal stereo system at maximum level 100 Wood shop, Snowmobile 95 Motorcycle 90 Power mower 85 Heavy city traffic 60 Normal conversation 40 Refrigerator humming 30 Whispered voice every where you point that you could write a ticket talking 60 decibles and 85 Heavy city traffic,so the whole of Kenya is under arrest and has to go. or are you using some euro decible
ntv should do beter research on the decibel requrement for matatu music since normal conversation is about 50-60 decibels so why limit matatus to 40decibels an equivalent of a whisper????
This is stupid. Leave poor Kenyans alone with your silly little gadgets. If rules were wealth, Kenya would be a big donor to the states and the rest of the developed world.
hawa polici wana taka kuu badilisha matatu which is wrong kwasababu ma teenagers wana penda ha wa fikiri abut them wako selfish

That is pure bullshit N harassment of deres, Mat owners and disruption of the transport N/work
Tha Damn f...in government needs to work on building roads, Curbing corruption, Work on its broken systems, improve infrstructure among others
Not go around harrasing drivers and Kondas over shitty issues of this nature
I would have loved to hear them combing Eastlands and Central for Mwngiki - The real criminals not petty issues like this
