I am Rush *GOP Messiah* Limbaugh, & I want Obama and our country to FAIL! All liberals who criticize Bush during his admin are anti-American, anti-patriotic, and I am glad we burned their CDs. Criticizing Obama is fine, b/c America must FAIL! Trust me, for I am thrice divorced, convicted drug addict (oxycontin) & pedophile (lots of Viagra on trip to Dominican Republic). If you are a Republican politician, do NOT criticize me otherwise u will end up apologizing to the GOP Messiah soon.

I don't think Norm Coleman has read the Gore v Bush judgement.
It categorically states that the case cannot be used as precedent in any following case!
IANAL but the whole judgement didn't pass the smell test when it was first aired. It was always tainted with impartiality.
The republican party unsuccessfully tried to use Bush v Gore as precedent later in another disputed election (IIRC in 2002)

this is a bit unfair... rendition and what the bush people done are almost two different things.
Rendition is basically kidnapping.. But Obama wants to leave that open while not 'torturing' the people. With alley states, rendition isn't necessary (though bush done it) but in places in the middle east.. maybe so.

Really not a surprise. Obama is a good ,intelligent man. Probably the smartest ever. But it is going to take more than just him to fight the fascist corporations that are contoling our country.
The American people are going to have to stand up.
