You play to much ufc 09. You wanna do your best to block the knees with your forearms or elblows (to damage their knees) or try and posture up while walking towards them. This can lead to you clinching them up against the cage in a position where your to close for them to throw any knees.

1. She should've side step and counter with a hip throw. 2. Dont have your arms outside of your opponent, instead have a front guard to protect the head and then counter with an upper-cut. 3. Break free by overlapping your arms against her forearm and pushdown. 80% when yr opponent grabs the back of yr head usually she will use a knee attack. Always think your opponent is stronger than u.

you would want to keep your hands down by his knees and block it when he tries to go for a knee and try hard to pull your head back and not let him pull your head down and try to force your way out that clinch.
