  • ROFLMFAO that was fucking awesome and practical

  • i lol'd at the vista comment :D looks like a cool idea :D

  • "It even beats out windows vista, by a large margin."

    Hilarious.

  • 82 degree room temp?? must love the heat.

  • Interesting idea. Though, very inconvenient unless you could find a nice flat and small container for that water. Very cheap to do nevertheless.

  • i use water to cool down my laptop once a time and its cool forever and shutdown forever

  • it might melt n____n"

  • @MoHeii Nah, as long as water is on the other side of the plastic, it's safe. Try this experiment: fill a paper cup with water and try to burn it on the stove. As long as water stays in the cup, it will never burn.

  • wow wtf im not useing a laptop like 15in off the desk!!!

  • OMG!

  • I noe liquid cooling is better than fan cooling but u need both for a computer to run efficently

  • lol i didn't even know hillbilly's used laptops

  • Ha, ha! Let's see now, there's the NASCAR site, oh, this could get hilariously inappropriate!

  • woah are you serious i wonder if tey got a monsterjam website i love monster jam

  • are you serious? Youre joking right?

  • when on my lap most of the underneeth is just warm and the fan outlet is very hot but when on desk (i use a hard chair cos got no desk in my room) only the fan outlet is warm

  • Is sounds like you are blocking the air inlet slots when you sit it on your lap. That's not too good. I suggest you put a book or a thin board on your lap first to keep those air holes open.

  • i took it apart because i knew that it diddent use to be but i took all the dust out of it all 0.7 g of it and the bit of the laptop where the cpu is just warm and the rest is cold this is both lap and chair

  • Excellent! Less adventurous people might want to just blow compressed air through all the vents.

  • tut that will just spred lots all over the laptop (depending if that posable)

  • this is a great idea. thanks for the post.

i put bottle caps under my laptop: spray deodorant caps or soda bottle caps, etc. i find they work very well for "normal" use and you don't have to place your hands at an uncomfortable position. i can run my laptop for 3 weeks+ w/out shutting down. (actually, i can't shutdown due to an Nvidia GPU issue w/ my HP - another story).

  • I'm glad you liked it. Check the HP site for an updated video driver. These problems never happen to just one person.

  • Well, not what I was looking for...

  • My laptop doesnt get hot underneath the only part that gets hot is the part where the hot air blows out

  • That's good. Few people really need a laptop cooler unless they work in a very warm environment. Unless they are dust-clogged, laptops run all day long without problems.

  • genious

  • lol to big and my laptop would go flying

  • Seriously, try a freezer pack instead, but don't let the laptop get too wet.

  • why won't you put the laptop in a plastic and put in in a freezer for 5 minutes if wil much more cooler ....lol where you get this idea not bad at all nice and coller than nothing...:)

  • True, it may be much cooler, but it will only stay that way for 5 minutes!

  • well...this one is not a usb powered laptop cooler...!! Still ur idea still nice... :)

  • roflrofl wotn it fall off ?!! O.O
