In 1951 the 22nd Amendment was ratified, limiting president's terms to 2 (4-year terms). Before that POTUSs could serve limitless terms, although often stepped out at 2 (FDR is the only POTUS that served 3 terms, everyone else served less)

That is absurd. There was never a law that said the president could only serve 12 years.
In 1951 the 22nd Amendment was ratified, limiting president's terms to 2 (4-year terms). Before that POTUSs could serve limitless terms, although often stepped out at 2 (FDR is the only POTUS that served 3 terms, everyone else served less)

Any deaths are bad... the number of our military deaths are bad; one life lost is horrible.
