Yeah I did finish it, you need to go through all 4 of the other fade forms and get the forms. Then do the one at a time.

I found the mouse guy, another guy, another guy, and a templar, what do now i have 5 available places to travel to on the Fade "map"

Then do the levels of the fade, one at a time. You need to get all the shapechanging forms, and then go back and redo each level of the fade.
