I think your iPad for dome reason isn't recognizing the code replacing Flash videos with HTML5 videos. I didn't do anything special, just pulled up Vimeo in the browser and clicked on my reel. I needed to see if I could show clients my video work on iPad through Vimeo or if I needed to preload them.
Try turning off HD and then they should play

I tried going to vimeo on the ipad at Best Buy, and it didnt work.
