I bought this game to be stupid as hell in it and constantly break the gameplay at every opportunity to do something retarded. It definitely delivers there. My only major gripe is that the city of the game is pretty bland and needs even more retarded shit to do at every turn.

The way they took out most of the 'gangsta' element, added all the pro wrestling bullshit, the Adult Swim radio along with these ads, etcetera. Killstreaks are a fundimental flaw in any multiplayer shooter and have no right or purpose in the gaming world.
They decimate any semblance of balance, and they destroy the little interaction current gen games already have. "hurr durr i got 3 kills now a AI cunt rolled jet gets to mow down da rest of da teeeem"
It's not just COD either. It's been bleeding into other games, and ruining them too. It needs to fucking die. Killstreaks AND perks can go to hell.

Mediocre is such a sweeping and meaningless word. People only use it when they're too fucking stupid to properly describe something. The look and sound of the ad is the whole point, and I'm sure there is no way it could be explained to you. It all depends on your upbringing. If you've ever lived in a small/ medium sized town with awkward disjointed local television, (and noticed that it was strange) you'll get it. If not, this type of humor will go right over your head.
