I saw them in Buxton a week ago and then discovered they were in the same hotel as me, got a picture with them. The hotel was very high class, something like £500 for me and my family, they were just sat in the lobby playing with a giant jenga set. Most Awesome moemnt of my life!
@jnmdjc957 originally it was just those 2. On violin and singing is Jon Boden, the guy on accordian is John Spiers. They still do some stuff as Spiers&Boden. I've seen them live and they still have just as much energy without the band behind them. Really awesome guys.
I saw them on Jools as well and I loved it. great persona, love the energy and the instruments were so fab. you see how these bands just are so brilliant and talented ,makes you think even more how rubbish the Simon Cowell machine is at turning out "music".
One more here too! I thought they were fantastic, love the optimism of the music, can always count on folk to be uplifting and something to dance to :D
Thanks so, so much for posting this. Excellent. Can't wait for more of the set. Even the photographer can be seen dancing away. I wonder who that was ;-)

They would be better without the voices and the brass. The violin and accordian are fantastic.
