I have always heard my parents say that the chinese people works so hard in many hours just to make firework. i haven't really realized how it is untill now :(
Well, next time i buy fireworks i will ask if the money is going to the Firework production ;(
Nice footage, world class factory! Although this same location moves many different brands Other then world class alone, interesting to see how nice they dress, and how organized they are!
How much money do they make for just making those fireworks? If they're working for only 75 cents an hour, their clothes would be completely dirty and they wouldn't have some more. What I'm noticing is except those that are wearing aprons, I think all of the workers over there are clean. I don't understand.
@Bammer2001 The thing is you can live with 75 cents an hour in China, but not in US. A clean T-shirt will cost those villagers 1-2 dollars each, not 20 dollars in US. I think that is partly reason why US think RMB is undervalued.
@jushengkai The real question is, do they make enough money to earn a living? It's because although America is supplying China with jobs due to its immense population and economic advantages, the government is not ready to inflate and increase wages. But these guys are not at the poverty line, are they?
At the end the mortors that they're packing up look identical to my megabangers. Only difference is that they have picture description and warning on each mortor where as my exterminators are plain with a text description. Never would imagine that where they came from would look like that, as in a little countryside village.
"click" (Chinese lady) what's that... Ahhh he smocking, stupid whitey put it out!!!
Ahhhhh your killing me... Fine I'll put it out (flick)... Ssssssssssssssssss ( Asian lady) firework runnnnnn!!!! ( white guy) NAaaaa, it's just a creeper.... O shit ssssssssssssss boom.
The whole time I'm watching this I'm thinking, if they put that there and this here and do that this way, they'd be more efficient. And why didn't the camera look up at the firework at the end? I've never seen one in day time.
That I don't know but it wouldn't surprise me if it were around 10 or 12 hrs a day.
It's not the best paying job in the world but depending on the value of their money I think they manage to earn enough to life through each month.
For them, the fireworks industry is very important as they can't live without it. That's about the only work they can find there (at least in those areas).
Thx for this vid, I always enjoy an inside view. If you have more factory vid let me know ;)
In fact, if anyone could provide me some closeups on how they make hummers, etc I'd like to see it. I have already collected quite a few vids on making tubes, shells but I just can't get enough :D
Man that's a lot of excals. Did you see any brands aside from world class in production. I've been told that Big's pro shells are manufactured in the same place as excals. Also if you don't mind me asking, what company do you own. I heard you mention something about your products.
what a shitty working place i worked on construction and its much better working enviroment

Fat American slobs.
Ever think of showing the firework detonating in the sky, duh-me?
Hope the workers are doing everything safely.
Wish they could have a radio to listen to to ease the tedium of their labor.

I assume they've put glue on the edges before, then roll them one after another.
Without glue they would be crappy tubes if you ask me :)
