@jumperunning The secret is that they're brute. They go and do it like it's nothing special and have almost no fear. Also, Russians are very strong. Since 10-12 year old Russians are already outside doing pull ups. And I'm not talking about 5 pull ups, I'm talking about more than 10 and etc.

Also another secret of how come they're so freaking strong is their very traditional food, Kasha. Or what you may know as porridge. Porridge is rich in proteins and other stuff, and they eat it every day,

@jumperunning Actually, related to physical fitness... they sort of do. There is a russian teqnique, (Dont know if all russians know this) that whatever muscle your working, you dont isolate the muscle but flex that entire region of your body. (if you were to be curling you would flex your entire arm and back and chest.) This will make it easier. Plus, you need to take your max and only use THAT. Yeah, it works alot faster and better than traditional workouts.
