I think it's just good that this was left out.

Afterall, in the movie, Twinkie's shouting to Sean at one point that "Them tires ain't cheap!".

And this scene would have made Twinkie look like a plain asshole, etc.

Gotta also remember that the producers and the director want to give out a good impression to the audience, wether they are kids or adults, overall.

"Stealing is bad" and so on, as funny as this scene is, it wouldn't have fitted in the overall movie in the end IMO.
