I like MummRa because his Character Concept is awesome. He is scary looking, immortal, has great knowledge of evil and commands much of the dark powers himself. His bark is much bigger than his bite, and he makes all his evil plans sound extremely dramatic and larger than life. He was able to capture the Thundercats on a few occasions as well as possess the sword of omens, but he never kills them when he has the chance. Sounds like the perfect prototype for Dr. Evil from Austin Powers.

The sad thing for me is I remember the transformation chant without haveing seen an episode of thundercats in about...15 years and I'm 25 I also remember Monstar from Silverhawks...btw weren't the Thundercats and Silverhawks made by the same crew or something? After rewatching the show I see now he was one of the most wicked, and intelligent of the villains of the time. I mean he made real plans that mostly worked, it wasn't just a vile scheam of the day, he would really fuck them up some days.

Mumm-Ra wasn't really a bad enemy, in fact he was pretty strong, specially after he obtained that weird fire sword, the problem is that it was a children's cartoon written in the US, that means lots of censoring and the good guys always have to win, he had many chances to destroy the TC but always failed, sometimes in the most ridiculous ways @_@
