I love it! It's very melodic. Sounds like it would be either a water theme or a late Wily Stage. That is, of course, if you made it for a Classic Mega Man game.
Hmm, I hadn't thought of being a water theme before, but it does seem like it would work for that kind of stage.
On a side note, I need to start making some more tunes to go with this. Now I just have to get out my keyboard and fool around until I find a pattern I like.

It sounds water theme-ish only very slightly, but it's more late Wily level sounding, when you're near the end of the game.
I should also get working on my next composition, Stage 9 x_x
