I request that the Office of the Governor, Fairfax County Police Investigate and the Fairfax Commonwealth Attorney and Fairfax County Magistrate Office arrest, indict and prosecute the below named individuals, for their on going acts of treason, misprision of the felony of treason, obstructing justice and business conspiracy in violation of Va. Code § 18.2-481(5), 2-482, and, 499, by conspiring to [resist] the execution of the laws under color of [their] authority.
I underscore that history has shown that Democracies such as ours are precarious institutions. Therefore, constant vigilance must be maintained to preserve our Constitution from undue government encroachment by the use of legal sophistry of lawyers and judges intentionally acting to circumvent the limitations on the powers granted the government by the people in the Constitution and the Rule of Law.
