Arsenal's defending in that game was on par with the rest of the La Liga defences, absolutely shocking.

Barca arent as invincible as they seem. Their defence is still questionable. Walcott's pace alone scored 3 against them in just 1 and a bit games.

Personally, I think us, Untied, even without Ronaldo, would give Barca a good game over 2 legs. With Rooney back, Nani and Berba on form, Valencia soon to return and Anderson showing his worth plus with our far superior defence, we could win

@bilboy1231 Key word is "Could" meaning its no guaranteed. Even Madrid who at the time was one of the best teams before the winter break could contain Barcelona. Not to mention in Rome when you had the best player in the world at the time. You were still beaten by a midget who score a header mind you over the 2 tallest defenders on the pitch. 3 if you include Van De Sar.

I do think its going to be Barcelona vs Madrid/ Manchester final in Wembley and it should be a memorable one

This theory that Messi beat Man Utd in the CL final 2 years back is nonesense. Messi was invisible ALL game until that goal, and even after it. How on earth is being 1-0 up and monopolising 70% posession and then scoring, count as winning the game for your side when they need you most?

Iniesta and then Xavi were the 2 best players on the pitch that night. Followed by Etoo and then Pique etc. etc.

I think he might do a Ronaldinho and fade out, at around 28-29.

His strength atm is his speed and balance (apart from his amazing vision, passing, shooting, and everything else). As he ages, he'll have a bit less speed and balance, although he may be stronger etc. A player like Gerrard will reach his prime at 29-30 because his game is built around his strength and power. Messi has very relaxed technique though, so he'll be around for a while. Just not into his 30s.
